Adrian provides strategic leadership and defines the long-term vision, direction, and growth of WeRent Watamu. He oversees the company's overall strategy, business expansion, major partnerships, and organisational performance, ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of excellence while driving sustainable growth across all operations.
Duncan Mwendwa
General Manager
Duncan oversees the day-to-day management of WeRent Watamu and is responsible for property management, financial administration, procurement, human resources, recruitment, and operational excellence. He leads the company's business development strategy, oversees property acquisition initiatives, coordinates departmental operations, and ensures every aspect of the business runs efficiently while supporting the company's long-term growth.

BDM & Marketing Manager
Natasha executes WeRent Watamu's business development and marketing strategy by identifying new partnership opportunities, onboarding collaborators, organising brand activations, and finding and managing excursion suppliers. She is responsible for social media management, content creation, traditional and digital marketing, and driving brand visibility and engagement.
Carren Nzikwa
Booking Coordinator and OTA Executive
Carren manages Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, handles reservations, serves as reception, and plans meetings as an assistant to the Director. She ensures a seamless booking experience and excellent guest communication from inquiry to check-out.

Guest Relations & Check-in Host
